Digital delivery

Access after verified payment.

After Stripe confirms a successful payment, Checkout returns you to a WrenchCircuit delivery page. The download endpoint verifies the paid Checkout Session before releasing the PDF. No physical product is shipped.

Download the file promptly and keep your own backup. If the delivery page fails, retain the email address used at Checkout, purchase date, and Stripe receipt or Checkout Session reference so support can verify your purchase without requesting card details.

For a free guide, WrenchCircuit saves the submitted email and consent record, then creates a private download link. No payment card is requested. Requesting the guide again with the same normalized email refreshes the existing subscriber record instead of creating a duplicate.

02

Refund policy

We will fix a delivery problem.

If the file is inaccessible, corrupted, duplicated in error, or materially different from its description, contact purchase support within 14 days. We will first restore access or provide a working copy. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will refund the purchase to the original payment method.

Because a digital file cannot be returned after access is provided, change-of-mind requests are considered case by case where permitted by law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

03

Privacy

Only what the purchase needs.

Stripe collects and processes your payment and Checkout details. WrenchCircuit receives limited transaction information needed to verify payment and deliver the guide, such as Checkout status, purchased item, and customer email. WrenchCircuit does not receive or store your full card number.

When you submit a PCB project request, WrenchCircuit stores the contact information, project requirements, selections, and acknowledgements you enter so the project can be reviewed, quoted, discussed, and—if accepted—performed. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, or other secrets in the project form.

When you request a free guide, WrenchCircuit stores your normalized email address, signup source, consent date and version, subscription status, and technical download token. The token is stored as a one-way hash. The information is used to provide the guide, prevent abuse, maintain consent records, and—only when email delivery is activated—send the occasional product or project update described beside the form.

Hosting and security systems may temporarily process technical request data such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and error logs. Transaction records are retained by Stripe under its own policies and legal obligations. See Stripe's privacy policy for its practices.

Information is used to complete purchases, deliver requested downloads, review project requests, prevent abuse, provide support, comply with law, and maintain the service. It is not sold. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, consent history, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Email Wrenchcircuit@gmail.com to unsubscribe or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Terms of sale and use

Education, not vehicle-specific service data.

The guide provides general educational information for conventional 12 V automotive electrical diagnosis. It does not replace vehicle-specific service information, safety procedures, training, inspection, or professional judgment.

Do not use the guide to work on high-voltage hybrid or electric-vehicle systems, SRS or airbag circuits, pyrotechnic devices, or any system beyond your training and equipment. Stop and seek qualified help whenever a condition is unfamiliar or unsafe.

The guide is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, WrenchCircuit is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the guide. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

05

Personal-use license

Your copy. Your workbench.

Your purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, annotate, and print the guide for personal or individual professional reference.

A free WrenchCircuit guide is provided under the same personal-use restrictions even though no purchase is required.

You may not share the file with others, upload it to a public or private library, resell it, redistribute it, remove ownership notices, or use all or part of it in another product offered for sale. Copyright and all other rights remain with WrenchCircuit.

06
